BioPetroClean: Leadership Development Program for Functional Heads

HumanAlpha recently facilitated a Leadership Development Program for the Functional Heads of BioPetroClean, a CleanTech company, with headquarters at Israel.

The Leadership Development Program was conducted at Radisson Blu, New Delhi across 3 intense days of simulations, live case discussions, introspection and individual/group exercises.

The Lead facilitators Vijayashree Venkat and Mahesh Sheshadri touched upon key leadership competencies such as Emotional Intelligence, Operational Excellence, People Leadership and Personal Effectiveness for Leaders.

Designed as a Business outcome driven Experiential Workshop, HumanAlpha was glad to "make a difference" by facilitating the Heads to devise an Implementation Roadmap to apply the Tools, Techniques and best practices from the learning experience.
